“I had the most wonderful dining experience at Erica's American diner in Fairfax, VT. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was top-notch. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I highly recommend Erica's to anyone looking for a tasty meal in a friendly setting. I will definitely be returning!

Definitely try the Franklin County Burger; deliciously locally raised beef covered with local bacon l, maple syrup l, and Granny Smith apples. The hit savory taste of the beef and bacon combined with the cool sweetness of the syrup and apple to create a bodacious burger bomb of flavor.
