It was a quiet day, not too busy. Breakfast till 1pm is a plus. Full kid menu and capped cups. Portions where good for the price. Service was pleasant and quick. I'm sure we will be back!
Kid-friendliness: Very polite and pleasant with my at the moment out of hand child.

Literally still waiting over an hour for an omelet. The sever has not been over once to let us know if our food is ever coming. They claim to be short staffed however multiple servers and other staff were hanging out and loudly talking behind the counter. I've worked in multiple busy, fast-paced restaurants and have rarely seen a more unprofessional atmosphere. The Justin Timberlake lookalike running around was the only server that seemed to know what they were doing. The saving grace of this place was the food. Thank God the food was fantastic. Classic old fashioned diner fare. I wanted to like this place, but they need to learn how to run a restaurant before opening the doors. Tell people it's going to be a 50-60 minute wait not 20.

I had the most wonderful dining experience at Erica's American diner in Fairfax, VT. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was top-notch. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I highly recommend Erica's to anyone looking for a tasty meal in a friendly setting. I will definitely be returning!
Definitely try the Franklin County Burger; deliciously locally raised beef covered with local bacon l, maple syrup l, and Granny Smith apples. The hit savory taste of the beef and bacon combined with the cool sweetness of the syrup and apple to create a bodacious burger bomb of flavor.
PLEASE NOTE for your culinary convenience:
- Eggs are available, but NOT egg whites.
- Pancakes (and they are HUGE) are available, but NOT waffles.
