Great food family business home made foods and bakery
Great homemade bread makes great toast?
They don't make places like this. Mom and daughter and probably grandma balking up classic American dishes. Super real and authentic. Nice people, tasty food and the perfect ambiance.
nice always wonderful food
Delicious pizzas mmm
We didn't expect to find such a warm welcome in Fairfield. The ladies at the bakery obviously take pride in their product The cookies were tasty and the other baked goods looked delicious.
Such yummy pizza!!
Delicious food, cash only~! Great hometown business.
What an incredible delight to find this little bakery! I can't begin to gush enough about this gem. Hot open faced turkey on homemade bread with gravy, mashed potatoes, and cole slaw. Same for hot hamburger, etc. I had the best plain egg salad I've ever eaten. Located in an old post office, I think there are only six tables. Note that they are only open for breakfast and lunch, except for Friday when it is pizza night. I'm told the pizza is amazing! Also, the baked goods are sumptuous including the world's largest cinnamon buns. Make time to go one day - you won't be disappointed.

awsome (:
Best place in town! Try their scones.
Never been here, but isn’t this Chester A. Arthur’s birth place?
Very nice place to eat. Respectful of our time and very good food for a fair price
This place is a 'best kept secret.' It is one of the best small restaurants in northern Vermont
