All around excellent! Hard working Great Staff ! Had the best bacon egg grilled cheese on sourdough !! Tip them nicely they work hard!

Quick service, friendly staff today :) in and out in 5 min
Waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. Also you can’t get out of the drive thru line once you’re in it. Got up to where you order and sat there and nobody took my order so assumed it was broke and you just have to order at the window and then the second I drove away from it someone tried taking my order. Got up to the window and the employee was super rude. She looked like she was in her 40s/50s. She had brown hair and glasses (no name tag) and started arguing with me because “they tried taking my order but I already pulled away” and then told me I was gonna hold up her line after I just waited 20 minutes in her line. Super unprofessional & rude. Won’t be going there ever again.

Waited forever in the drive thru line and finally ordered 3 things and when we got to first window and woman couldn’t find our order and then got sent to another window and waited forever and then just left without the food we paid for. Over 35 min and dunkin gets to keep our money. Also why is the expresso machine always broken?

Ordered a side dish and a coffee and waited over 20 minutes to receive my food. The coffee I received, overall was pretty good. I did clarify if my food was on its way and then the lady behind the counter started to yell at me that she was doing the best that she could by herself. I clarified that I was not trying to stress her out but that I did have people waiting for me and at this point I didn’t really even want them anymore if they were going to take much longer. She yelled at me again and then by the time I did receive my food, it was cold anyway. I also heard two customers in front of me say that they had their drinks made wrong and ask if they could be made correctly for them. She said she would get it right the next time and tried to get out of it anyway she could. The man that was my cashier also told me that they didn’t have what I ordered even though it was on the menu and then when I pointed that out he gave me another option. And someone else behind the counter pointed out that it was right in front of him on the screen.

I gave this location another try today but I won’t do that ever again. They seem to be very understaffed and there are long wait times. I pass by on my way to work, today I had 20 minutes to spare and still get to work on time There were 6 cars in line ahead of me at the drive thru when I arrived, 18 minutes later there were 3. I did the math and decided I wasn’t going to risk being 15 minutes late for work for a $9 bagel and coffee so I left.
They’re serving donuts, drinks and other simple items, 5-6 minutes per order is crazy.

The wait was not bad. Several orders were backing up and sitting on the counter. N̈ot sure if they were going to drive through or inside.
My order was correct. My hot chocolate was terrible, it was watery and had clumps of chocolate powder floating on top. One customer came in and complained their order was wrong. Some of their was on the counter.

Been there twice in two weeks. Both times orders were wrong.
Placed mobile order at 10:59. Arrived at 11:14 and didn’t receive my food until 11:41.

The staff was rude and abusive. I waited patiently for what took like forever for a bagel. When it arrived I left and was shouted at by the food preparer as I reached the door. I ignored her and was then yelled at through a side door by the same individual. Again I ignored her but she persisted. Kinda nuts!
