I gave this location another try today but I won’t do that ever again. They seem to be very understaffed and there are long wait times. I pass by on my way to work, today I had 20 minutes to spare and still get to work on time There were 6 cars in line ahead of me at the drive thru when I arrived, 18 minutes later there were 3. I did the math and decided I wasn’t going to risk being 15 minutes late for work for a $9 bagel and coffee so I left. They’re serving donuts, drinks and other simple items, 5-6 minutes per order is crazy.

The wait was not bad. Several orders were backing up and sitting on the counter. N̈ot sure if they were going to drive through or inside. My order was correct. My hot chocolate was terrible, it was watery and had clumps of chocolate powder floating on top. One customer came in and complained their order was wrong. Some of their was on the counter.

The staff was rude and abusive. I waited patiently for what took like forever for a bagel. When it arrived I left and was shouted at by the food preparer as I reached the door. I ignored her and was then yelled at through a side door by the same individual. Again I ignored her but she persisted. Kinda nuts!

Went through drive-through in a long truck, almost bit the curb with expensive rims due to how tight the drive-through turn is on the exit.
The woman working the counter in the morning was too thick, headed to handle the most basic problem solving.

I’ve tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt on many occasions, but I’m no longer willing to spend my money here. Only on rare occasions have I actually gotten decent service, but more often than not I’ve received poor service. I was made to wait to get my mobile order, as no one was up front and they were all in the back chatting and had not even started my order (a lemonade refresher) despite ordering well beforehand. I’ve been given a regular iced coffee instead of an iced cappuccino (which I had ordered and is more expensive). Most of the staff is not exactly friendly. You can go to this location if you want, but I’m done giving them chances.
