Worker thinks it’s okay to flip people off with children in the car.
Order was wrong but considering there was only 1 gentleman working the counter who was super busy it is to be expected. I didn't like the shady people hanging there, made me very uneasy.

I have tried placing here orders here multiple times. I call Dunkins, and they say they have not received an order. I call Uber Eat, and they say the merchant hasn't accepted the order. Their Uber Eats system is not able to receive orders. I am done trying with this Dunkins. Upper management should pay attention, you're losing revenue left and right, and wasting your employees time answering calls for things that should be working. I am doing this as a courtesy because I want this Dunkins to be successful and clearly someone is neglecting it. A diservice to the community, the owners, and this glorious brand.

Waited 30 minutes just for them to still not get our order... we were the only customers in the store. A car went through the drive through and they got their orders immediately. They prioritize mobile orders for pick-up and disregard in-person ordering. Do not go without a mobile order to this place.

This Dunkin in White River Junction, VT sucks! The food & coffee are fine. Basically the same as any other Dunkin. It’s the service. I had to work in the area for a couple of weeks & during that period I made Mobile orders several times & it was always the same type of service. I will give you today’s example. I ordered off the mobile app 5-10 mins before I was going to arrive. I go in. There are other mobile app orders at the pick up counter. I watch the drive-through continually move forward getting their orders. I watch the people who ordered inside get their orders. I see orders get placed on the pick up counter. Mine is not one of them. I finally move up closer to inquire about my order and it’s all there sitting behind the counter, out of view, and was never placed out on the pick up counter for me to retrieve. Who knows how long it was there because I was definitely waiting for 10 minutes easily , thinking it was the food portion that was taking so long. Do better, this is ridiculous. Luckily, I don’t ever have to go to this Dunkin again.

This was the last chance I was willing to give Dunkin.
I took a break from Dunkin for a year, hoping there could be something to look forward to when I felt like trying their fall drinks. I also had a giftcard so okay, nothing to lose. We got the almond spice iced coffee and nutty pumpkin iced coffee. I just can’t. Every coffee despite which chain location is bitter, or watery, or acidic, or just difficult to drink. The colors are off and cheap looking. These specific flavors this time sound so happy and seasonal but it’s like throwing money away, I couldn’t finish my drink. I got a stomach ache.
We also ordered food. For an $18 late lunch it was painfully overpriced. We have better and cheaper gas station food. My husband’s breakfast sandwich was burned. My chicken wrap was smaller than a poptart but surprisingly, very tasty. Only positive from this road trip food stop other than their location was big with lots of places to sit. Sorry Dunkin, I won’t be seeing you anymore.

Coffee is good, if you have an hour to kill... 2 years later, and still a great way to kill an hour lol!
Management really needs to pull their heads out of their ass. Hour long wait because there’s only three employees… I missed my son’s football game. Last time I’ll be going there. Get your shit together. Poor woman in there was so stressed out.

Well under staffed simple coffee with milk wrong watched them mix up several different orders waitin for coffee to be fixed.

DONT GO. THE PAST 5 TIMES IVE GONE IVE WAITED 15+ MINUTES WHEN ITS NOT BUSY. IVE PLACED MOBILE ORDERS AND WAITING IN LINE AND ORDERING IN PERSON GETS THEIR ITEMS QUICKER. THAT IS JUST RIDICULOUS.
