Stopped to pick up coffee & pup cup. Informed you don't do pup cups anymore

A heavyset lady with dark brown/blackish hair that worked the drive through window on 1/5/25 at about noon was extremely rude, off-putting and not friendly at all. She needs to be spoken to by management.

This is one of the best Dunkinā locations Iāve ever visited!
The hand soap smelled amazing, the hand dryer was eco-friendly, and the fall/Halloween dƩcor was absolutely on point. Huge shout-out to the manager deserves a promotion or a big bonus!
(They are just extremely slow! It took 15 min for us to get our teas and it was not crowded so enjoy the decor while youāre waiting! Lol)

The manager at the Quechee Dunkinā, Samantha, is the worst example of customer service Iāve ever experienced. Iām a local, and Iāve never been treated this poorly at any Dunkinā. She is rude, dishonest, and openly hostile not only to customers but also to her own staff. When I ordered a simple pup cup for my dog, she lied straight to my face about a āpolicyā that doesnāt even exist, got visibly angry that I had the nerve to ask for one, and then loudly talked about me through the drive-through window while I was still sitting right there in my car.
On top of that, they got my order wrong twice. When I tried to correct it, Samantha admitted she ādidnāt know how to chargeā me for the medium I had actually ordered instead of the small she already rang me up for even though it was her mistake to begin with. I have worked in the service industry for a long time, and was not annoyed even for a second for them getting my order wrong, so I donāt understand why she acted like I was being a jerk.
Iāve already contacted corporate and confirmed with the closest Dunkinā location that what she said was a complete lie. The other women working were polite and tried to resolve the situation, but Samantha only escalated it. Instead of being a leader, she chooses to be nasty, unhelpful, and openly disrespectful.
To make matters worse, she presents herself in a greasy, unhygienic way that perfectly matches her unprofessional attitude. The entire atmosphere of this store is poisoned by her behavior, and itās clear she thrives on conflict rather than customer service. This is not just a bad day or one rude interaction this is a manager who should not be managing anything.
This location is known by locals as always being laughably bad because orders are always wrong or things take longer, but in the past month it has been significantly worse. Iām not even wasting my time by going here anymore. I can deal with slow service due to understaffing, or small mistakes. But arrogance and managers disrespecting their staff is unacceptable to me.
Until Dunkinā removes Samantha from this location, Iāll be warning others to steer clear. She makes the entire brand look bad.

Staff loudly making fun of customers in the drive thru, bickering with each other and then called me āretardedā for wanting to wait for my husband to order. Didnāt bothering ordering

I asked if the refreshers have caffeine and was told that they donāt. I googled it after I bought it and they actually have a lot of caffeine. The large that I got had 135 mg. I canāt drink this and they wasted my money.
