Elixir in WRJ VT offers a wide range of delicious dishes on their menu. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing great service. The coconut curry mussels were a perfect starter, followed by the Island Farro Salmon and Shrimp Scampi, both seasoned well and cooked perfectly. The portions were just right, leaving customers satisfied. The bananas foster bread pudding with a rum caramel sauce was a must-try dessert, but many also enjoyed the vanilla ice cream. The atmosphere is relaxed, making it a solid spot for a date or drinks. The Chicken liver mousse was fantastic to share, while the Salmon was a solid dish that preserved the moistness of the fish. The braised short rib was highlighted by some guests as the best dish, while the Short rib was noted as good but not as outstanding as the other dishes. The ambiance is a bit dark inside, but the service is top-notch. The Cod Cakes, Salmon, and Figs with bacon were also delicious choices, along with the duck confit strudel, for a wonderful dining experience at Elixir. The environment is pleasant, and the waiters are very polite, making it easy to recommend this restaurant.
