I'm writing this review while waiting for the employee to come over the drive thru speaker at 6pm on a Saturday. Clearly they have some staffing issues. Will be avoiding in the future.

Today while stopping to get a simple, small soda and a burger. I witnessed the supposed manager take my cup that was already filled with ice and soda from the machine, she then proceeded to pour a few pieces of extra ice out of a large open x lg cup that was sitting on the counter. God knows how long it had been sitting there open. Any random person in the drive-through could’ve coughed on it when I try to explain how serving a customer ice from an open container is unhygienic. I got attitude. The machine already had made the drink. If you want Covid or hep B come to this MC D’s.

This McDonald's is very slow and the food is never fresh so u wait 20 minutes or more for cold food and bad service if I could give this McDonald's negative stars. One star is too good.

I do recommend mopping the floors. They are like a skating rink presumably from the french fryer.

I ordered a ranch chicken wrap and was really disappointed with how it came out—it was poorly put together, and I don’t understand how it could have been sent out to a customer in that condition. On a positive note, the drive-thru attendant who took and processed our payment was very friendly and outgoing. She made us feel welcomed, and that part of the experience was great.

I ordered food at 10:30, didnt get it till 12:10 then got the wrong burgers and didn't the lettuce that I PAID extra for. I am very frustrated with this location as this is the 3rd major problem I have had.
Update:
I also got a toy from two years ago?? So wrong toy, did not get the sauces i ordered. Missing my fries that I ordered. How is the place functioning?

This place is very hit or miss. Often I get small fries instead of the large fries I ordered. This time I ordered a double quarter pounder meal and only got a single quarter pounder. Yet the box it was in was correct. I have also had orders where they forget the drink. Guess it’s time to take the extra few mins and go else where for lunch
