Incredibly slow. Waited over 1/2 hour. Finally asked where our food was- apparently they lost our order.

They were very busy in the manager forgot to put my order into the computer so when I get to the window to pay I was paying for the car behind me and got his order too much confusion too many people running around like chickens with their heads cut off

This is a first. While in line at the drive through the car in front had just completed the order and when we pulled up a bus of school students pulled in. We were then told that the drove through was now closed.
Please do not support this location if they can’t support their customers.

It's McDonald's. There's no need to say more. Sometimes you hit it good sometimes when you order outside, not so good. Check order twice dont take that long

Mcdonalds is Mcdonalds. Food was OK and service great. The employees were working hard and quick to turn around.

Customer service is horrible the drive through person was rude and pretending to get my food didn't get and was talking with a friend behind the counter. She messed up the order and then slammed the window. Over charged me 24 .49 for 4 burgers and a frappé said couldn't provide me with a receipt.

It's McDonald's, but I have to say, the staff here was very pleasant. We got greeted, helped, and our food delivered to our table. It also came very quickly which is usually not the case. Food was typical, but our order was accurate so no complaints.

Worst McDonald's food I ever ate!!! After 50 years of eating in them nation wide. Fries were STONE COLD and 3 Double Cheese Burgers were over cooked for hours to the point they were Crunchy and Chewey!! Unfortunately we were on I-91 and couldn't throw the entire meal in their garbage. McDonald's should be ashamed and did I mention it was $19.85 for 3 double burgers and a medium fry. This was a week ago and we are still disgusted. I'm blame Poor Management.
