Well prepared plates, super service (from lovely Gary), and an easy access location, make Thyme worthy of the patronage. My partner and I enjoyed fries with garlic aioli, beet salad, spaghetti squash with perfectly cooked asparagus, spinach, and an amazing tomato sauce topped with pine nuts, and a tender halibut plate. We ended our dinner with their warm chocolate chip cookies with Stafford’s organic ice cream and amazing organic coffee.

I have had numerous meals at Thyme Restaurant including the Striped Bass, Crab Cakes, Shrimp Linguini with Goat Cheese Mousse, Sesame Ginger Meatloaf, and Teres Major Steak. Each meal has offered a unique and delectable flavor with distinguished quality and presentation. The servers are warm, attentive, and personable. The overall aesthetic of the restaurant is very homey and intimate. Especially the outdoor patio seating.

Good fine dining. Their outside patio is a good place for Fall dining. ? ?
Their shrimp fettuccine was a little under salted, but it was tasty nevertheless.

The food was unique and well prepared. Truly outstanding flavor. The staff was polite and offered their personal recommendations. I always appreciate an honest opinion of the menu from the server. But the patrons of the restaurant seemed to be extremely curious about two obviously not locals entering the business. Perhaps if we had died blue hair and worked as librarians with a Che T-shirt we would have better fit the desired mold?

We were in town for business and heard our dear friend Garrett was one of the chefs so we thought would give Thyme a try! We were pleasantly surprised at the complex and delicious flavors. The Caesars salad was probably one of the best I've ever had. The peppery poiver Steak was the definition of savory. The Atlantic Char was nestled in a subtle white cream sauce that boosted the experience without overwhelming the flavor of the fish. For dessert, we shared a lemon blueberry compote trifle and a rich chocolate tort that was just enough to satisfy that chocolate urge!If you're in the area, we highly recommend stopping by Thyme. Thanks Chef Garrett!

A big shout out to Darcey our waitress. All her recommendations were spot on. Excellent waitress. The artichoke fritters, fries with garlic aioli, char-grilled major steak, and pan seared cod with corn sauce were excellent.. 3 " Blue Moon " margaritas also delicious. Brought home Almond apple cake and carmel sauce. 13 out of ten score.
