Starting with, aligning on a tasty traditional meal that catered to all dietary restrictions so it would be a meal everyone could enjoy.

I have been managing our employee events since 2019, we have had dinners at many other caterers, its always difficult to meet everyone's needs/standards.This was the first time I had RAVING reviews from everyone, and it was a fully served traditional meal with all the fixings.

Started eating lunch at the Eagles every Wednesday with friends from High School we all graduated in the 70’s so it’s fun to get together and how nice to have a delicious lunch menu! When my mom passed away in July, I contacted Stacy and she put together an amazing menu for her celebration of life. The food was beyond amazing and everything was displayed exquisitely! I loved being able to pick from Vermont products and help support local businesses. The chef and the staff were friendly and accommodating, and I couldn’t have been happier. I would highly recommend using the black radish for any catering event that one would need in the future!

The catering at the Eagles in S. Burlington is incredible. Even just the grilled chicken sandwich is so well made and tasty. Stacy is a joy and she and her partner make the best food for an evening of drinks and a game of pool. The house made chips bring me back to family vacations at Disney World! Sometimes I come to the Eagles during the week just for the food! Can't say enough good things about this company and their exquisite menu.

She was very flexible and open to the vision of our event. Every single person enjoyed the delicious food served by Chef Drew! They were very flexible in adjusting the menu to fit our unique wedding venue and our budget. They were also very helpful and flexible in switching to a new wedding venue last minute due the flooding in VT. I would highly recommend them catering your event!

Where to begin? Our son and his beautiful wife celebrated their marriage in the barn at the Intervale Community Farm - their theme was a Burlington Chic backyard wedding Soirée. We wanted the food to complement the 1000s of wild flowers, live music and be locally sourced. Stacy and Drew designed a menu that far exceeded our expectations. The oversized “nibble”Bar had our 90 guests awestruck. The buffet which had to be prepped from the wagyu wagon and under pop up tents in drizzling Vermont rain and then carried into the barn through puddles and the dance floor was delicious and served swiftly. Somehow their team magically cleared the tables without a notice. Stacy kept this mom of the groom wedding planner calm throughout, and I could not recommend her, Drew and their team more for your next event.
