Wow the best food we have had in a while! The fries were the best in the county hands down. Almost like a Parmesan truffle fry! The taco loco was truly loco and so so tasty. We WILL be coming back for sure! Also thanks to the super kind staff!
Interesting experience. We were seated at our reserved time. Our first drinks came and the server mistakenly brought out a pale ale instead of the stout I ordered. That was replaced quickly. The main dishes were good, sandwiches and tacos for the most part but decent and well seasoned. The biggest problem I had while eating was an overpowering smell of cleaner that affected each bite. We have always enjoy a good meal here at Hinesburgh Public House and they also have a band on special occasions. Some good options like Schnitzel, Garbanzo wrap, tacos, the staff was sweet enough to also give me a special request side of falafel which was cooked to perfection. The Shrimp with Polenta was delicious as well. We enjoyed the meal and the service was wonderful.
