Very slow service despite not being very busy. Expensive. Hate wasting my day here waiting for food/drink after I already paid so much to come to Jay in the first place.

It took us more than 1h to get served our order, after. It was not even pick hour. They need to get more staff at the kitchen and/or at the service of the tables. Something is very wrong here. Food is just

Kicked me out for thinking I did something I didn’t. Worst bar I’ve ever been too. Barely wanted to serve us when we showed up. Then kicked us after we tipped nicely. Couldn’t believe it. Whole place, closes at 9pm. Such a joke. ‘Obese’ quote from us, lady came and accused my friends of crimes we didn’t commit. She wasn’t even on clock. Absolute garbage.

Best food on the mountain. Same menu as Alice's Table, which has an excellent atmosphere.

Well, we didn't go yet, but their Customer Service already made me not wanting to visit the hotel. First - it's hard to reach them. Second - they don't reply to emails. Our experience so far is this: We got email room booking confirmation months ago, so I called to make sure the room is reserved (it's 9 hour drive for us, don't want to have unpleasant surprises when we get there). After staying on hold for 20+ minutes, I got an answer "if you got an email, it means the room will be available". I asked if she can still check to be sure. She didn't want to do it and just repeated what she said. I said, "fine, can we buy discounted waterpark tickets as it was offered in the email confirmation: we can get discounted tickets for the day of the arrival if we call and order them ahead. She said, "no, you cannot if you booked the room not from our website". We actually tried to book the room from their website but it showed as "no rooms available" for a few days of us checking the availability. So when one room available appeared on Booking.com - we booked immediately. She didn't want to discuss it further and hanged up. I sent an email to customer service describing the situation. Never got any response. I called again the next day (more than 24 hours had passed). Again after long wait time on hold, got a different lady, who said she'll go and ask someone if we can buy discounted tickets, then she came back and said, no you can't get discounted tickets, even if their email said so, that it was most likely "a glitch". After such treatment already don't want to visit this place. Also this policy on discounted tickets is ridiculous, obviously not with "customer satisfaction" in mind. The check-in time is 5 - 7 p.m. I read reviews that the rooms are never ready on time. If we are coming from the long trip with kids, and at least while waiting for the room go for an hour or two to the waterpark which is closing at 8 p.m. the discounted tickets offered for everyone, despite WHERE you booked the room. Ridiculous. Not happy, already doubt would go there again!

This was a great spot to grab some lunch at Jay to warm up between our runs. We got some pretzel bites to start and were SHOCKED at how many there were for the price! It was a huge basket! It came with cheese and mustard, I love cheese so that was great, mustard- I could personally pass because I'm not big on mustard. The pretzel bites were chewy and salty! I got the salmon burger which was tasty with a kimchi topping. It came on a brioche bun which was tasty, but I ended up not eating it because I had filled up on the pretzel bites! The staff is super friendly and it's a very relaxed atmosphere.

Great staff, friendly service, but the place ran out of chicken wings at 6:30pm on wing night!

Charged my card an extra $100 to my bill and the place of business won’t pick up the phone or return phone calls

There aren't many options in walking distance to the slopes. So we picked this one. As soon as we walked in the room we started hearing loud stomping and banging from above. The room was nice enough, but the noise was unbearable. The walls are thin and the floors are even thinner. I'm not sure I've ever stayed at a hotel where you heard so much from other guests. There are a ton of children just roaming/running/screaming up and down the hallways. And if they aren't in the hallways then they're probably doing that in the rooms so you'll be hearing them either way. Front desk staff was nice, but they seem to have nothing to work with to move people or deal with the problems. The restaurants in the hotel (and base area in general) are pretty basic. Not all were open all the time and when they are open the food is just OK. This place definitely caters to a driving family destination with young children. So the place is run down and nobody cares if your kids wreck it more. The food is simple and options limited. Overall I would not stay here again nor recommend anyone without kids staying here unless your tolerance for noise is much higher than ours.

I didn't even eat at this place me and my family stood at the sign that says wait to be seated mind you there was many tables available and there was two bartenders behind the bar and we stood there for about 10 mins and they they yell over to us from behind the bar you know you guys and seat yourself right which I thought was pretty rude. So at this point we decide to walk over to Alice's table across the hall same exact menu as the tower bar and the place was completely empty but they said they couldn't seat us because they had reservations in 45 mins and they lady was pretty rude about it

The food was ok. Nothing special. The price is extremely high. There are no good family options and as well as being expensive the menu is very limited. It was a Monday so it was not crowded but only saw our waitress when she took our order, delivered the food, and when we were done. Couldn’t get a second drink.
