Tonight my family ordered 340.00 worth of food. we got it home to find fries undercooked, mozzarella sticks undercooked, shrimp grilled and raw, the whaler not cooked, and a medium well burger a hockey puck on the outside and bleeding from the inside. Then when I called the Chef JR argued everything I said. I'm a chef myself and nationaly certified for food safety. They don’t keep the fry baskets clean. They don’t clean them. The manager thinks it’s okay to stand there and embarrass his employees. Thinks it’s okay to leave the person washing the dishes til almost 1/2 am with NO help.
well I used to be a semi regular. one morning went in for my regular breakfast and was served raw cold potatoes for home fries. asked to get them cooked no problems... coming right up. bowl of more cold raw potatoes. pissed I asked again. then I get the bowl back 2 min later after being microwaved. this is piss poor. horrible excuse for food service. I left a .10cent tip since I was not happy at all did not eat half my food and was charged for the whole meal. not to mention....read full review
