This place is great. It is casual and friendly and delicious! The beers are rotated and always great!
Great nano-brewery and coffee house. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended!
Don’t miss out on this gem. Beer well crafted, great bites, staff warm, coffee on your way out.
Stopped in here on what happened to be trivia night. The reluctant but wonderful MC made it so fun!
We ordered flights of about everything they offered and it was all fantastic. I particularly liked Weeping Over The Unicorn, it's exactly what I look for in a brown ale. I should have taken more home with me than I did.
This was the last place we visited on a two week trip visiting my sister in the area, and it was my favorite out of all the breweries we stopped at, by far. It was so refreshing finding a brewery in the northeast that's not trying to pack hops into 80% of their lineup.
It'll be my first stop instead of my last next time I'm in Vermont!
Great craft beer, delicious warm brownie, and very friendly service.
Sweet brewery and coffee shop. Great post hike stop!
What an amazing place. Two flights and every beer is waaaay above average. This is a GEM. Glad we stopped by, the warm brownies with maple ice cream made me tingle. ?
Usually 10 beers on tap so there is something for everyone. Also a very nice light food menu. Tables inside and out.
Stumbled upon this place after seeing it on the map and wanting a refreshment after hiking up Mount Mansfield. Absolute gem of a place - it's half coffee shop, half brewery, of which both were amazing. Well-decorated, highly inclusive of all and staff were incredibly friendly. They are working hard to be a cultural and social hub in the small town and it shows in the warm community feel that permeates the area.
Staff was friendly and had us taste a bunch of the beers on tap.
We focused on the IPAs available and they were wonderfully diverse and well-produced with a good balance of bitterness, citrus and floral notes. We really enjoyed the Australian one that the kick we expect from Aussie hops The beers we had sit well amongst the high standards of the Vermont brewing scene.
We left with a variety of cans and bottles to take home, as well as some of their roasted coffee grains to go.
Will definitely return when we are back in the area. Definitely a must-stop in the Mansfield area.
Fantastic spot that is operated by fantastic humans. Excellent beer selection! Great place for the entire family, including the furry ones! This is clearing a kid and dog loving establishment.

Great selection on tap. Wine and coffee for non beer drinkers. Kids meals and snacks. Great spot to bring kids too, lots to keep them occupied.
Went for trivia and had a great time! This is owned by two family best friends! It is a very warm nice environment with great beer of course. It is wonderful to have a family owned business like this to enjoy. If you find yourself around the area make sure to stop in and at least say hello.
Feels like walking into a friends house- awesome and friendly atmosphere, delicious beer & bites. Love it here!
The beer is excellent and matches the hospitality of Jessie. We would absolutely stop here again if in the vicinity of Stowe or Burlington. The spruce beer is one of the more unique and great tasting beers I've ever had, and it holds true to Vermont being the best US beer state.
Small cozy seating area with a limited menu for food (was there on a night that had wood fired pizza which was awesome). Really interesting variety of beers and an excellent evening out with friends. I just wish they stayed open later.
