I’ve never left a negative review before this..Didn’t even make it through the door before the lady with the shaved head came out yelling, being rude for no reason at all. This maybe 65 sq ft “storefront” /house was lackluster to say the least…ALSO there was no signage, no boom of business flow to flow. If you say there’s signs than surely I’m not the first person to make this mistake? And by random people do you mean potential customers that you choose to be rude to? This place is a joke

The store is tiny and the cremees are mediocre. Not an employee smiling at this place. 0/10 will not return.We accidentally walked around the wrong side of the building to get to the front (We’d never been here before, we’re from out of town) and once we realized we turned around, and this woman with short hair comes out yelling at us, asking what we think we’re doing back there, we explain and she continues to be so unnecessarily rude. There was no gate, no sign, we did not linger… Idk what her deal was but I’ve never felt less welcome at an establishment.Edit: There is simply no reason to be nasty and rude. I’m sorry for all who have to interact with this woman.

My family and I visited the store. The variety of maple products and their ice cream are excellent. Additionally, the owners' service is warm and friendly. Do not hesitate to ask about the variety of maple flavors they produce!

The best maple syrup there is . Man do I love this stuff . Whenever I’m in VT visiting friends I always made sure to bring home at least a jug of this stuff , since I live hours away . But since my friend told me they have a website , my god I cannot be stopped from making sure my family and I are stocked all year round . When what I wanted initially was out of stock , Colleen (I believe) called me and gave me the option to wait or chose something else . Just came home to the box at my doorstep with a hand written note from Colleen and wow , you don’t see that type of personal touch on stuff like that anymore . Made me so happy and made my mom cry when I told her (don’t worry she’s just dramatic) . We will most definitely be ordering more again soon . Thank you so much for such a great first time experience ordering online !!
