What a hidden gem! You wouldn't expect to find this kind of meal in Johnson, VT. Our Caribbean dishes were very flavorful. The meal was light and didn't leave you feeling heavy & uncomfortable. For dessert - our raspberry chocolate mousse was yummy - my only complaint - the chocolate square topping tasted like something made in Pennsylvania. Vermont chocolate would have a better choice. :-)

Had a great time having dinner with my partner! Excellent menu options and specials. The environment was clean, easy going, diverse, and accepting. I have a quite a few allergies and they did everything they could to accommodate us. Looking forward to trying more on their menu, and treating ourselves to a Chimichanga, Johnson Mule and Coconut Flan again 😋

Absolutely amazing food. Jan and Hazen provided the best experience tonight for dinner. The three dip and muscles were perfect appetizers and the grilled jerk chicken and island shrimp were both mind blowing. Make sure you stop in and grab some great food in an amazing spot.

There is no words for how impressed we were. The food was amazing, the service was excellent, and would HIGHLY recommend to everyone! We’ve been to the Caribbean multiple times, and this is truly authentic!

We had a big party for our college reunion dinner. We were greeted by friendly host Etta at the door. Dionne our server was friendly and attentive to all our needs. The food was hot and delicious. I recommend that people go here for a good meal made by the sou chef Brin and owner and Chef Jan Chotala.
