Stopped in with my family for ice cream, waited in a short line and shortly after, a large group of students came in behind us. When it was our turn to be helped, we were told that we couldn’t be served because we were not with the large group, so they turned us away. Extremely unprofessional and should have had better staffing present knowing this large student group was scheduled to arrive, before turning away customers from the public, extremely disappointing a business acts like this.

Amazing. I have been a patron for 4+ years and for good reason. Mad hatters serves delicious ice cream time and again. Every employee has been superb in their service always sporting a smile on their face. Tucked away in the beautiful mountains this shop is truly a dream, beautiful decor and relaxing atmosphere. Visit Mad Hatters on your next trip up the mountain, you won’t be sorry!!
