Once again, The Foundry killed it! went there for my Bday dinner and Ryan again ordered some of the same , but also new items. The Elk Rack is AMAZING, the NY Steak and Hangar were cooked to perfection as always. The Tuna Tartar and Beef Sliders for apps were incredible. The 4 desserts were mouth watering. Excellent food and superior service. We had two of the daily specials, pasta with mushrooms and scallops and haddock over white cheddar grits which were both phenomenal. Also had the rack of lamb which was cooked perfectly. The scallops were an add-on suggested by our server, Ryan, which was definitely the right choice. What a great place to eat some high quality food after a long day on the slopes.The steak was AMAZING. Appetizers were diverse with vegan options and the main course dishes had something for everyone.
