We first visited The Foundry at Summit Pond about 5 years ago during the pandemic, and it was such a gift to be dining somewhere so exceptionally cozy and delicious in those times. Coming back in 2025, we were thrilled to find that same ski-town charm, only now with a much busier, lively vibe. Live music by Liz Reedy was a bonus! 🎶

I was skeptical about how this place would be different than other “steakhouses”. I was so impressed….that does not come easy. Every item was cooked and presented to perfection. Once again, The Foundry killed it! went there for my Bday dinner and Ryan again ordered some of the same , but also new items. The Elk Rack is AMAZING, the NY Steak and Hangar were cooked to perfection as always. The Tuna Tartar and Beef Sliders for apps were incredible. The 4 desserts were mouth watering.
