Can you say, PLASTIC FEE! We did take out.While the food was good, I was charged a 15 percent plastic fee on the full amount of the bill for plastic that they gave me and that I have to dispose of. Shouldn't they have to dispose of the plastic if they are charging me the 15 percent? Also, maybe stop using plastic and spair the public the fee. DREADFUL PLASTIC FEE! How about wrapping it up in waxed paper or aluminum foil??????? I figured it out I'm supposed to bring the plastic back and have the restaurant throw it out for me.

This little restaurant in Londonderry is quite an amazing find. The food is so good and the menu has a wide variety of choices that suit many different appetites. I enjoyed it so much the first time I went, that I had to go back the following week. I had the pierogies and the duck and both were sensational.

Read that neg review from the guy who paid $25 but suggests it was only $2 worth of food and thought about overhead expenses, insurance costs, labor expense, utilities and maintenance/repairs that are also a part of running a small business. Perhaps he should open up his own restaurant and find out just how hard it is to run a business. Or, maybe he should learn to cook.

Served a raw burger when ordered a medium. Also ordered grilled cheese with bacon of which bacon was missing. The burger was removed from bill when told manager. Maybe just a bad day in the kitchen but will not return!

Super friendly staff. Everything on menu looked excellent, but I chose one of the specials. It was a shrimp au gratin dish and did not disappoint. Good beer selection of local VT brews. Definitely will make this place a must visit every time we are up there.

I just got home from picking up a takeout order from new American Grill. Chicken Parmesan… After the takeout charge The total came to $25. I get home, open it up and realize there’s probably less than 4 ounces of chicken in a pile of fettuccine. Total cost on this meal probably somewhere less than two dollars. Super disappointed.

The New American Grill has a VERY friendly atmosphere and consistently good food. The menu is diverse and satisfying . There is a local vibe amplified by local (open mic) and regional accomplished musicians. God options at the bar.
