Employees extremely nice. I used to work at another dunkin and because of that I was given a free 3 munchkins. Extremely respectful and I would've done the same had the roles reversed. A great place to stop by with the family! This dunkin is underrated and is far better than the one in Springfield. Would recommend.
If you want breakfast before 8 a.m. in Ludlow, this is really your only choice. It was about a 2.5 mile drive from our hotel, but we ended up here each of the 3 days we were in the area. It is built into a gas station (or they added a set of pumps to the donut shop - take your pick). Parking is mostly on-street; the lot is tiny and taken up with the gas pumps. \n\nEach day we came in the place was busy but they handled orders quickly. This is my every morning stop on my way to work and I just want to say how pleasant everyone at this location is. The manager and staff always do the best they can do even in busy situations and still work with a smile on their faces even when this location is busy due to the heavy amount of tourists. The staff are all wonderful and such a pleasant group of faces to see first in the morning. Thank you for all you guys do, your great!
