Miss Lyndonville Diner was a well-known local spot famous for hearty meals and friendly service. Breakfast was a highlight, offering delicious food and great coffee. The triple decker burger with everything on it, along with tasty and hot fries, was highly recommended. The coconut creme pie was moist and creamy, a favorite among many visitors. The service was provided by a kind and efficient waitress named Courtney, who made guests feel welcome. The diner was also loved for its #8 breakfast and the “Vermonter,” as mentioned in reviews. Despite some concerns about certain meals, like the circle cut steak possibly being a hamburger patty and strawberries for pancakes possibly being frozen, the overall experience was positive. The diner was an iconic part of NEK and a place where many enjoyed their meals and made good memories. Sadly, after recent flooding, the restaurant has closed, and it is uncertain when or if it will reopen. Many visitors grew fond of the food and the atmosphere, and some still buy the diner’s mugs from far away, as they say it makes their coffee even better.
