We had an incredible meal at Mystico in Manchester, VT, Friday night! This was our first time visiting since their rebranding, and it did not disappoint. The crudos were perfectly paired and balanced—each one a standout. The focaccia with whipped ricotta was delicious, and the fresh pasta was absolutely incredible. A great little gem in the center of Manchester. The food and service were tremendous. The tuna crudo was outstanding, however my favorite was the Zucca raviolo. Everyone’s meal around us looked fantastic too. Definitely worth a visit.

I had a really great meal here when staying in Manchester to ski. The food was amazing - I got gren salad, focaccia with caponata, tagliatelle with duck ragu, and the mascarpone semifreddo. Would recommend all of it. And the service and ambiance were also wonderful.
