My husband and I experienced nippers today and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of food as we are dining at an odd time in the afternoon. The owner was our waitress, and she made sure my cheese sandwich had extra tomatoes and bacon on it, which I had not asked for, but she Upgraded it with no charge.. The food was absolutely delicious! The service was great. There are two aspects to Nippers, one is food and the other is ice cream ( under the name Cold Cow Creamery). The food was excellent: chicken breast sandwich, ahi tuna salad, jerk chicken, Reuben!
Driving for hours through the forest—we just wanted something light and fresh. This place is a gem. Easy to order, clean, and the food is super fresh with really tasty, layered flavors, all at a fair price. Nothing fancy, just great taste. And the server felt like a friend—genuine and friendly vibes.
