We ordered takeout and it was so delicious! Best hot and sour soup I’ve ever had. Everything we tried was delicious. 10/10 recommend trying! Cannot wait to go back and dine in!

Customers enjoy fantastic spare ribs and the hot & sour soup that leaves them sweating (in a good way). While there may be a slight delay in orders, the friendly staff makes up for it. With crispy veggies and delicious appetizers like crab rangoon and spare ribs, UMAMI provides the best Chinese take-out experience in the area, at a competitive price. The restaurant features creative fusion dishes, such as Herbed Seared Lemon Wild Salmon, Kimchi Ramen, and Slow Cooked Duck Breast, all made with fresh ingredients and nuanced flavors. Even the Pork Lo Mein stands out as above the usual. The new decor is low-key and comfortable, adding to the overall experience. Service is attentive and friendly, with informative staff ready to share details about the menu and creative cocktails like the Clarified Neapolitan Negroni. UMAMI is a great addition to the excellent restaurant scene in Manchester, making it worth a visit for those in the area.
