After a slow start being seated and inattentive service, the waitstaff picked up their game and the rest of dinner was acceptable. Although I hadn't specified the fact we were ordering on the date- ight menu with special pricing (I thought it was evident by what we ordered) we were accommodated with the special pricing.
Maxine was very nice and did her best. This hotel and restaurant needs to get management figured out. We think she was the only server on for at least 10 to 12 tables and while they had plenty of food runners, there was not a manager supporting what seemed to be a seriously understaffed server situation by someone calling in sick or something of that nature. No music was playing and it felt a little stale because of that. The food was good, but the lobster bisque was lacking....
Our waitress was so nice! Food was really delicious! During the end of the meal though, our coffee was never brought to the table and we never got to order more drinks. Kids were getting restless so unfortunately had to leave.
