We came for the Land Rover Experience and I must say we expected so much more. The potential is there but our stay fell way short of our expectations. We stayed in room #234 which had the bare minimums. No fridge, no microwave, no coffee maker, no ice bucket or ice machine near by. On 2/12 and 2/13

First visit was today July 24th, 2026. Place is nice service is far below sub par. Food well let's just say the steak my wife ordered wasn't edible. For a place like The Equinox, any steak they serve should at least be a good cut of beef. This wasn't. Sent it away didn't replace with anything and waiter never took it off the bill after explaining it wasn't edible. I had the pork chop and it was excellent. Service was great and the bartender was wonderful. She was very sociable and gave us a lot of good information.

Guests can enjoy fast and friendly service with a drink on the beautiful grounds. While some have noted that the menu was fairly limited and prices were quite high for what was received, the ambience is described as charming and superb.
The Chop House, located within the Marsh Tavern, is popular among diners and has a dedicated team member, Ms. Maxine, providing exceptional service. Guests have enjoyed delicious meals, including crab cakes, sea bass, a wedge salad with local blue cheese, and a great pork chop. However, some reviews mentioned that the restaurant was short-staffed, leading to delays in service.
