“My husband and I stopped by the Marsh Tavern for drinks a few times during our trip to Manchester. The bartender, Bryce, was so awesome. We had so much fun talking with him and he mixed great drinks (specifically his Vermont Old Fashioned). Highly recommend heading over to hang with Bryce!“

“Excellent barbecue! I had the brisket and smoked Turkey plate. Both were delicious! Turning out good brisket is no easy task. I say this as a retired barbecue restaurant and catering owner. Portions were very generous. We will be back!“

“The Equinox is an Historic Inn that boasts great amenities; Spa, pool, fitness, great golf course and on-site restaurants and Bars. Having stayed there on several several occasions, most recently for a week I can say it is one of the most enjoyable and relaxing places I’ve ever stayed. “Found this gem when trying to find a cute place for dinner just outside of Manchester. Barrows House was exactly what we were looking for and the food was amazing. We shared 4 smaller plates with drinks and dessert and everything was great. Sitting outside with the autumn weather and fire pits nearby was the perfect ambiance. Glad we found this restaurant and would recommend to anyone in the area, visiting like we were or even a local who has not tried it yet.“

“We stopped here to get late lunch on our way out of Vermont. when we stepped inside we were notified that they were short-handed. Four people had called off there was only two people working. Just the mother and daughter. There was a handful of customers in the dining room. Everybody had their food and was happy. we were given a heads-up that it may take a few minutes longer. It was actually faster than most places do fully staffed, the food was super fresh hot and delicious. the group of people I was with totaled 10, a handful of people came in after us and the existing people in the waiting room definitely would have made for busy times for fully staffed restaurant. But this mother and daughter duo rocked it! If you haven't ate here go do it, the food was hot and delicious. The staff was super friendly. The restaurant was very clean A+ all around“
