Nice selection of appetizers, main courses and beverages. Our food was very fresh and portion sizes were decent. I was not happy with our Cheese plate for $29. The presentation was very basic and the quality was average- This can be skipped! Instead you can opt for the wings, various assortment of salads and soups. I recommend the Wagyu burger with the Parmesan truffle fries. ?
We also had adult beverages which were on par with the others in the area but pricey! Service was excellent. Our server was pleasant and checked on us regularly.
Parking: Restaurant is located next to the lobby of a resort hotel.

Had the pork tomahawk it was quite dry. The Brussels sprouts with bacon were oily. It was all edible tho. The Chorizo arancini was very good tho.

In particular must make mention of the bartender Aidan! He’s a wonderful mixologist and very personable and welcoming and it’s always a pleasure to come when he’s there!

I never write reviews, but I feel this one's warranted, as I was rather disappointed for what I paid. We went last night for my wife's birthday. The service was fantastic, drinks were great, cheese board and my daughters burger per on point.
Were this fell extremely short was their steak. My wife and I both ordered the "butcher block," which was supposedly a dry aged 13oz ribeye. We both asked for medium rare, which it was... perfectly, and here's my gripe.
I've cooked enough steaks to know how they are cooked. Given the complete lack of any crust, not even hardly a grill mark. It's obvious these steaks were cooked Sous vide and then thrown on the grill for maybe 30 seconds on each side. None of the fat was rendered out, and the steak tasted chewy and had virtually zero flavor. Cooking any dry aged steak like that should be a crime! I couldn't even finish it.
Unfortunately, after paying dry aged prices for a steak, that is this disappointing, we won't be going back.

Leaving 1 star for the lack of accommodating menu. Not one vegan nor vegetarian option at this place. Called the restaurant to inquire then made complaint to the manager who seemed to lack any concern of making future accommodations to diversify the menu. Considering that most restaurants in this day and age manage to have menus that have at least one meal that is vegan friendly - especially for a restaurant that is located in a hotel it is truly disappointing. If a chef has any talent they should be able to come up with an option.
The food was very expensive for what you got on your plate. The waitress asked if we wanted bread which is usually complementary but was $6 for 6 half slices if an artesian bread. $5 for a sprite which was 4 Oz of soda and the rest ice. The food was good but so very expensive
We really enjoyed our dining experience at the Copper Grouse - the ambience was relaxed but elegant and it had a nice energy. Our server Jonathan was great - very personable and attentive, and made sure our needs were met. He gave great recommendations on the meal as well as drinks. The butternut squash soup was tasty if a bit on the salty side, and we enjoyed the burger and fish main courses too. The chocolate pot de creme was a perfect way to end the meal. We would definitely be regulars if we lived in Manchester!
Very nice restaurant...food and wine great...solo guitarist great...only neg was young waitress arriving every five minutes to sell drinks or apps...annoying..it actually became funny as we timed her arrivals...despite that is was super..
Food was great. Had 2 breakfasts and 1 dinner while staying hear. Everything was amazing. Servers are all super friendly and attentive. Doublecheck your check though. Found a few mistakes.

We were seated after waiting a bit for someone to be at the hostess desk. Then we waited for our server to come and ask us if we wanted some drinks, but since the person who seated us didn't give us the drink book, we waited some more. When we ordered, the food came and it was OK. I got the risotto but the rice, while it was Al dente, it was more like long grain rice than.the short.grain I am more.familiar with for risotto. This may be just a preference thing. Ordered the Blueberry tart for dessert . It was a bit dry and there were not a lot of.cooked.blueberries. It was a bit of a disappointment. While nothing was bad, for the prices paid, I expected something better. This restaurant is adequate and convenient to Manchester Center.
We stayed at the hotel and decided to dine at the restaurant and it did not disappoint. We had the cucumber soup, tomato tartine, trout, blueberry tart and all were excellent. Dined on the porch ; service was great!
Eating at the Copper Grouse was great! We had our dog with us, staying at the equally terrific, very dog friendly hotel, the Taconic, we were seated outside on the porch and our seats were perfect! The waitress, Lea was outstanding!! She provided wonderful service including water for the dog!! The food was great, the setting was beautiful and the service was outstanding! If you are in or near Manchester you must include the Copper Grouse in your dining plans! You will not be disappointed!!
The food was fabulous. The service was solicitous. It was our anniversary and the brought us complimentary champagne and must have wished us happy anniversary 5 times. It was lovely all the way around.
We recently enjoyed three days at the Taconic Hotel and ate every meal at the Copper Grouse. The food is wonderful but it is the service that is truly outstanding. Lia kindly recognized our anniversary with a complimentary bubbly wine for toasting. Sunny greeted us and our dog each morning like long lost friends. It made a fun three days that much better to have the food, staff and ambience of this restaurant at our doorstep. We especially appreciate all the local ingredients!
