We went for Thanksgiving, it was not inexpensive. $350.00 for three people. They were missing three items on the prefixed menu! They sat us at a large round table so we were sitting in a weird way, facing out and could not really talk with one another. If we spread out we would be too far apart to talk. Food was obviously sitting under the heater for a while before it came to the table looking pretty soggy and over salted and oily. The presentation was unattractive. Lastly, while we waited, no bread, rolls, nothing! I realize it's the holidays, they're busy etc. but even the sweet waitress couldn't have given a care about anything we liked or made any effort to charm or give us a few minutes of her attention. Sad really, as two years ago in 2023 we went for Thanksgiving to Copper Grouse and it was fabulous, then.
Thanksgiving dinner. Very nice place. Dinner ( Turkey, stuffing, veggies, etc) was kinda dry and served with No Gravy. My desert was a slice of pumpkin pie that was so small it was 2 bites. It was an expensive dinner and food was disappointing. Servers were very nice. Last Year was much better. We won't be going again for Thanksgiving dinner.
We always enjoy the Copper Grouse when we are in town! Excellent food and excellent service.
Best burger on earth. Truffle fries to die for. Super sweet staff delivers doting service.
Absolutely delicious. Service was excellent, professional and extremely pleasant. Food was served quickly and presentation was awesome. The salmon and vegetables were done to perfection. I highly recommend the Copper Grouse for all that it had to offer. A very special experience.
We had brunch here to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The atmosphere and food were exceptional. We had wonderful time and will surely return.
This is a wonderful place to dine. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and staying at the Taconic Hotel. We have been here several times in the past and have always dined at this restaurant. The chef prepares the most amazing dishes. This is a great place and we will always dine here when in town
Good solid choice for brunch. Our server was very nice... although she had a lot of tables and some things were slow to come out. Overall a good and relaxed meal. Cappuccinos were great!
Wow! We couldn't get reservations at several restaurants in Manchester, but thanks to Open Table and Copper Grouse we were able to get the last reservation for the evening. We are so grateful it led us to Copper Grouse and a table being served by Max. The food was fantastic and our server Max just took everything to another level. Max was so considerate, without us even asking he made sure to split our plates to share, and then went the extra mile to keep us accommodated at all moments. He was so genuine and personable, and even gave us great info on when to visit next since we were new to the area. My husband has worked in the culinary & hospitality industry for 15+ years and he said Max should “open a school for servers” because he was so impressed. Thank you for an amazing dinner and experience and we will be back!
Great waiter, very attentive and knowledgeable. Nice ambiance. The kitchen messed up our order. While they did comp my steak (had to replace as the first one was served cold). Served salmon tartar with cheese crackers instead of the prawn crackers which changed the flavor profile. We did not know they were out of prawn crackers until our meal was served. We would have ordered something else. The coffee creme brûlée texture was too gummy to enjoy. Appreciated the comped drinks and steak. However all in all a very disappointing meal.

Food was good. Apparent miscommunication as server didn't know we were in his section despite passing our table at least three times. They seemed to be understaffed or something. Nice place but be ready for slow service.
The original table to which we were taken was located next to the table with water bottles, plates, silverware, etc. We asked for a table that would be quieter and were told we could only have a very small corner table that would have been uncomfortable. He said that all of the other tables were reserved for 4 people. Then he reluctantly said we could have the table for two behind us and we took it. Not long after, another party of two was taken to a table for four and the extra place settings were removed. The table for four next to us was separated and a party of two was seated there! Maybe all of the parties of four did not show. The service was slow and the food was ok - nothing special. The prices were high. We do not plan on going back
Food and service were great! Very nice restaurant as well. We really enjoyed our dinner all around!
The ambiance was exceptional - cool and casual, yet upscale. The food was also very good; they could have had a gluten free bread and gluten free chocolate dessert option. Also, the risotto with vegetables that my husband ordered seemed to have had the vegetables mostly left off when he asked for the addition of chicken. Still highly recommend and would return!!
The experience was wonderful. The food was excellent and the service was fantastic!! Will absolutely go back again and again!
