We ate on the outside terrace which was a lot quieter than in the restaurant. The food was good, but nothing special. Our server was very friendly, however we had to chase our wine order - which eventually came after we had finished our starters. We had asked our server (when we ordered) for a pause between the starter and main courses, but our mains came within five minutes of finishing our first course. In summary, not a terrible experience but not somewhere we would rush back to.

The salmon tartare is not clean and fresh but is swimming in some mango sauce drowning the flavour of the salmon. Prawn crackers were stale - although they did make fresh ones. Overpriced

Eating at the Copper Grouse was a mixed bag. The prices dramatically increased, while the food quality decreased...seems a poor combination. The menu lacks luster and the chef would benefit from looking at the competition's menus and prices. The Taconic Hotel was well worth the cost, but their restaurant was, sadly, not.

Not a huge menu, but everything we ordered was great, from the nectarine burrata salad to the cod and vegetables. Drink menu was extensive and also good.

We went here for Mother’s Day and had the best time. The food was amazing, especially croque madame, the restaurant was very beautiful and tasteful. Our waitress was the star of the show. She was personable, offered crackers to a younger member dining with us who was feeling a little nauseous from the ride in. She gave excellent recommendations and checked in just enough but not too much. Very impressed especially given that Mother’s Day can be a busy holiday for brunch

What really stood out was the staff—Brett and Olivia were warm and welcoming. We would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food and service.

The waitress treated us as unworthy of her service, when we spoke up for our right to good service she mocked us and became a brat. We made reservations only to discover they never took the reservation. The food is ok but the price is high with poor service. They are much better places to eat in Manchester with good service, food and prices. We will never eat here again.

Food was excellent, service was very good, restaurant is beautiful inside. Only complaint is the $7 charge for an iced tea (when it’s free in the lobby). This rubbed me wrong. Silver Fork next door is a better spot overall.

Nice selection of appetizers, main courses and beverages. Our food was very fresh and portion sizes were decent. I was not happy with our Cheese plate for $29. The presentation was very basic and the quality was average- This can be skipped! Instead you can opt for the wings, various assortment of salads and soups. I recommend the Wagyu burger with the Parmesan truffle fries. ? We also had adult beverages which were on par with the others in the area but pricey! Service was excellent. Our server was pleasant and checked on us regularly.
