The Crooked Ram Reviews
Our summertime fave! Cool garden vibe under sail cloth cover. Amazing bar, good for drinks, or for dining. All the food is fresh and original, and the pizzas are delicious. Kid and dog friendly, great for chill summer afternoons.
Wonderfuk outdoor setting and delicious food. Not to be missed if you visit Manchester.
Megan (if that is her real name), was friendly, attentive, and conversational. The food is amazing. Came out quickly. The special pizza of the day was spot on with the flavors. Everything was presented well, tasted fantastic, and was cooked to perfection.
We didn't order the salad, but it looked great. Don't get drawn down by one star salad guy. Enjoy!

The Crooked Ram is a restaurant that offers a perfect atmosphere, exceptional service, and delicious food. It stands out in the culinary-focused area of Vermont, with a variety of gluten-free and vegetarian options, all of which were highly praised. The kids' buttered pasta was a hit, with seconds being ordered. The beef carpaccio was particularly impressive, leaving a desire for more. The duck main course was also a highlight. Guests have raved about the heavenly baked goods, with the pastry chef being a true master. The ham and cheese croissant is large, buttery, flaky, and full of flavor, while the fresh brioche sticky bun leaves many speechless. The focaccia bread with garlic and rosemary is a popular appetizer, and the baked cavatelli, served steaming hot in a cast iron, is highly recommended. Visitors enjoyed the inviting outdoor atmosphere in "The Yard," although there are no heaters, so it’s best in mild weather. The wood-fired pizzas are a popular and delicious choice, often served in generous sizes. The house pickled veggies are highly recommended for their crispness and balanced flavor. Some guests mentioned that the loud music during certain events can make conversation difficult, and the menu may lack quick options for kids, which can be a challenge for families. Overall, The Crooked Ram provides a memorable dining experience with great food, friendly service, and a charming setting. Despite some slow service noted by a few, many visitors appreciate the welcoming environment and delicious meals enjoyed during brunch, including raw oysters that melt in the mouth.
