I’m so sorry to tell you that the food did not live up to to $280 w tip tax 6 drinks for 3 people. Crispy squash was fried zucchini, and that might have been the best small plate because of the sauce . Roasted peaches were not ripe, quite hard. Sent it back and came out the same way. The fish stew entre was under seasoned and was really like warm fish, just blah for the cost. Parpadel pasta was cold, sauce not flavorable. Too much money for not great prep on simple, standard basic recipes

This is a beautiful location with good service but the dinner was so disappointing. We ordered 3 small plat es and two entrees. All 5 elements missed the mark completely. The Bibb salad was underdressed, the crispy squash was fired Zucchini in a red sauce, the peach small plate was the biggest disappointment beacuse it was grilled peaches with ricotta and the peaches were hard and tasteless.
Dinner was parpadelle and it was cold, sauce and veggies underdone and not flavorful and the seafood stew had fish that was overcooked with a sauce that was not good.
The bill was 280$ and the value was not there.
Cocktails were good and service ok but not happy with the kitchen and they said so. What???

We ate outside on a spectacular summer early evening. There was light jazz playing and the patio was adorned with bright flowers. The staff are attentive. The cocktail and dinners were bright, flavorful and we ate every bite! We would certainly go back when we are in the area! Thank you!

We enjoyed our lunch very much. Food and service were great. However, when I looked at the bill when I got home. I noticed I got charged for the flatbread that we did not order.

Nice atmosphere in the Museum building amidst a lovely setting. Surprisingly complete and inviting menu. Very good food quality through a broad range - steak, fish, pasta, etc. Wonderful range of appetizers. Informed and capable server. Very pleasant experience which made everyone feel very happy with the experience.

We had a perfect meal. Charming , kind and patient staff, delicious ( well priced) wine and totally delicious seafood stew and bronzino( perfectly cooked, no overdone fish here!) Wish it was around the corner, not a mile away! We will be back!

A really beautiful little café inside an art gallery on a gorgeous campus in Manchester VT. Food was delicious and innovative. Some construction going on when we were there but wasn't too much of an issue

Exceptional service. Fabulous food. Great chef. The only thing I would change is to have an itemized check when we are paying. Not a big deal but I would like to see it. Also, the soup is always so good and I wish the cup was a little larger. Liz Skaleski.

Curate has a lovely setting. It is always a treat to eat there. Especially when the sun is out. I had the quiche and salad. The salad was VERY salty. I rarely put salt on a salad with lettuce so I was quite surprised and disappointed. Please tell the chef to hold the salt.

A very busy day with limited staff. Our server's energy made up for it. Special with morel mushrooms delicious.

This review is for Bailey! Manchester can be hit or miss in terms of service so Bailey was a breath of fresh air. Attentive, kind, fun, great attitude. Thank you for a great evening

We loved dining at Curate! Service was friendly and professional, attentive but not intrusive. The food is fantastic, and they are kind enough to accommodate our special needs! We can’t wait to go back!
