Booked a day spa experience to celebrate a big birthday with two family members. There were lockers missing doors. The outdoor hot tub had black non skid mats messily placed around the small deck, no gardening at all, a red fire hydrant at the head of the hot tub, no hooks for towels and one rusty dining chair. We came for the Land Rover Experience and I must say we expected so much more. The potential is there but our stay fell way short of our expectations. We stayed in room #234 which had the bare minimums. No fridge, no microwave, no coffee maker, no ice bucket or ice machine near by. On 2/12 and 2/13

We paid nearly $500 for one night at this resort, expecting a premium experience. Unfortunately, the stay fell far short of expectations:
