This is the first time I have ever written a negative review for any restaurant, but my experience at this McDonald’s left me with no choice.
I placed a takeout order through the mobile app tonight. When I received my order, I noticed that the Sprite included in my meal was missing. I returned to the counter, and the older gentleman who assisted me was very friendly and polite. I really appreciated him. At that point, I had no complaints about the service.
However, I had also ordered a Double Filet-O-Fish, and I later realized that I had been given a single Filet-O-Fish instead. I went back to the counter again to explain the issue. The same gentleman handed the burger to a woman in the kitchen area who was wearing black clothing, glasses, and did not appear to be in a proper McDonald’s uniform. She seemed visibly irritated and unwilling to help.
What shocked me the most was that she lifted the fish patty with her bare hands, without wearing gloves, to check the burger — and she did this in front of everyone. I was completely stunned. This was extremely unprofessional and unhygienic. Even the gentleman assisting me appeared embarrassed by the situation.
I have never seen food safety standards handled so poorly at any McDonald’s location before, nor have I encountered such an unpleasant attitude from staff. This incident seriously concerns me regarding hygiene practices and employee training.
I sincerely hope McDonald’s will take this matter seriously and improve employee training, supervision, and food safety standards to prevent this from happening again.

I’m allergic to onions. There were onions on both burgers that I requested not to have onions. I was only passing through and my husband and I left. We stopped to charge the car and opened our food and to my surprise they were onions all over burgers I called the store that person told me I would get a refund for 3748 because I could not eat the food. I didn’t eat the fries because they touched the burgers. I never got a refund the store manager themselves never even called me back.
