I’m allergic to onions. There were onions on both burgers that I requested not to have onions. I was only passing through and my husband and I left. We stopped to charge the car and opened our food and to my surprise they were onions all over burgers I called the store that person told me I would get a refund for 3748 because I could not eat the food. I didn’t eat the fries because they touched the burgers. I never got a refund the store manager themselves never even called me back.

I ordered through drive through, waited 15, puked up to parking when your food is it ready, was told waiting on nuggets, 35 mins after order I went in and asked for my order, was given it right away, the French fries and nuggets were old, just downright wrong

Pretty much what you'd expect from a McDonald's. Food seems a little higher quality than some of the other big city locations that I've eaten from. Location was tidy and staff where polite. It's pretty much the only game in town if you need a big Mac hit. Enjoy.

Foods good. The ppl do want you to leave and they make it apparent. theirs teens everywhere. Seems like a locals spot to me. It's an expensive area, so it makes sense. Tho if you do go in. Use the kids' codes if you see them trying tho, some of them aren't actual teens, which is funny. It's like their mall. Clogged arteries are probably nearing epidemic lvls in town. Their always packed.

I live here in Manchester. I have seen the staff here work their butts off to make sure everyone is being helped. Please keep in mind that they have the drive-thru, the counter, and online orders (sometimes these have to be brought out to a vehicle). They never have enough people working there but everyone that is there gives 110%! Yeah sometimes my order is incorrect but that happens everywhere. These guys make it right and work really hard to do so. Thank you for showing up so us locals (& you tourists) have options for food.

I went through the drive through today, and the person taking my order got my order wrong several times, and even cut me off while I was still ordering, twice. All I was ordering were two iced coffees, but at one point the worker seemed to start physically fighting one of the other employees while taking my order, and at another point he left to check if they had coffee, they didn’t. I ended up waiting over fifteen minutes and I was the only customer in line. At the end he forgot one of the coffees and I had to wait for him to come back and bring me it, while he acted like I wasn’t still at the window waiting for the other half of my order.
