I do not like to give bad reviews at all because some places just need a second chance, but today I was really upset at the service and I did not get my food. On my way home from work, I decided to get a breakfast sandwich As there was no line in the drive through. I placed my order and drove up to pay then up to the pick up window. There is where I waited 10 minutes to be told that they had a back up at the lobby and I would need to pull forward and wait longer.Now please don't get me wrong as I am not one of those people to throw a fit but I watched about five teenagers walked by on their phones and goofing around. Now if you have a backup you get everybody working and trying to fix that back up.I told them they could keep my sandwich and give it to.somebody who needed a meal because I could not wait another ten to fifteen minutes for a breakfast sandwich.Definitely.You will not be stopping here for a while.

Stopped by in the evening after the great eclipse en route to home. My double cheeseburger and fries were delicious. Really hit the spot after a long but great day. Burger was warm, cheese melted and all seasoned just right. Fries hot and crispy, too. I'm grateful to the nice staff for the sustenance on the last part of my journey home.

Pretty standard McD’s experience. Most of the time the service is decent but during busy times, you can expect to wait a half hour or more. If you see a long drive-thru line, chances are they’re swamped so you may want to consider a different option unless you don’t mind waiting. If you want a deal, try some of the different lower-priced mix-and-match options they have. I rarely spend above $6 for a full meal.

I ordered an iced coffee and breakfast sandwich with another drink. After I paid they asked what it was I ordered and then started making it. I received my coffee and it was warm and no ice or caramel syrup. We got the sandwich but not the other drink. I asked for the other drink and they just seemed annoyed and then never gave us straws. I just left without them because I already was sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes and was not waiting any longer

Awful customer service. Like out of a movie it’s so bad. This is what you get when you ask them to fix the burgers they gave you with no pickles. Wanted extra pickles on one.

Seemed to be short-handed in kitchen. Had to wait a bit for order. Burgers were good, but fries were not. Fries were not crisp, texture mushy and got cold too quickly.

Even though they were understaffed you're making the the best of just need a little bit more focus on the counter but they are short-staffed so how do you do two things and be the two places at once hire more people pay managers a living wage. 18 to 20 an hour pay folks the living wage they'll show up everyday!
