Stopped here a couple of times on our road trip from Wisconsin. Fabulous food and great owner (Rick), as he greeted everyone warmly when they entered and made them feel important. Will definitely stop by again on our next visit to Vermont.

This lovely little health food cafe is a must do for any cyclists doing the Vermont forest trails. We had the warm belly bowl and Kitchari yellow mung beans and rice spiced porridge, which were both delicious. We left with treats for the road - wishing we'd bought more of the oat vegan chocolate balls, which we picnicked on later. There is a charming little coffee shop next door, Little Seed Coffee Roasters.

My friend and I visited yesterday 09/30/2025 for her birthday lunch as she is "Vegan and gluten free" and this looked perfect. It was perfect!!!!! The whole experience was a 10 out of 10. Excellent delicious and healthy organic soup for lunch with a peanut noodle salad, and of course a slice of banana, chocolate, nut bread. The gentleman who took our order delivered our food to our table with a smile. We talked about our lunch experience the rest of the day. Can't wait to go back. Thank you so much, Dena & Erika

We stumbled upon this place one day while searching for a quick lunch. We ordered three smoothies and three spring rolls. Surprisingly, the restaurant wasn’t crowded, but it took an exorbitant 30 minutes for our drinks to arrive. To make matters worse, the spring rolls were absolutely dreadful. In total, we ended up spending a whopping $80.
The smoothies, the juice, the food, is wonderful. The team has gone above and beyond to make our experiences exceptional.
So grateful we found this spot!

amazing place with great vibes. I had the grilled cheese (both the bread and cheese were so good) and it was fantastic, my partner had the Japanese curry which was amazing and so clearly homemade. they have a great selection of cookbooks to peruse and lots of funky different tables and chairs. Lots of bright light. Would def go again!
Dietary restrictions: Owner was very enthusiastic about presenting me with all the peanut free options due to my allergy.
