I write this review as Transgender woman who just used the drive thru. I give my name and code for the mobile order. Just to hear “you don’t sound like an Elizabeth”! Along with hearing multiple people laughing at me. I felt pissed and angry. To angry to go inside. Thank you management for allowing this. I know not everyone cares about trans community, but keep comments to yourself. I don’t disrespect anyone at this location. As customer I expect the same back!!
Would not order anything with bacon , they will charge you and not put it on your burger . Happens everytime I go and I keep making the bad decision of going again

I was at the drive through around 2pm the right drive up lane I said hello multiple times with no response I watched 4 people in the left lane arrive after me and get waited on. I then circled around to get in the left drive up lane and at that point the right lane was now being serviced. I asked the lady at the left lane what was going on and that there had been no one there and I had spoken into the speaker numerous times with no response and she said yea thats pretty messed up. I wasn’t really impressed and don’t feel like a reasonable response was given.
