I just went through the drive through and one of the female employees (name withheld purposely), was standing there nodding off and obviously not paying attention. I called and talked to a manager (name also withheld purposely), who proceeded to tell me they've had issues with her doing that before so they can tell when she's on something and today she isn't, basically calling me a liar while in the same breath acknowledging the girl has a problem. I'm disgusted and definitely reaching out to corporate.

I bit into my sausage burrito and it was very cold, almost as if it had been sitting in the fridge. It’s odd to me that they couldn’t just warm it up in the microwave. The food is also very overpriced as compared to just 3-4 years ago.

I watched a large African American woman in the back stick her hands in her pants to adjust herself afterwards she went right back to making sandwiches without washing her hands
