Unfortunately my daughter bought a Canada Outgear fleece here that the ladies claimed was an “ excellent” price due to it being new. Priced at $70 so my teenage daughter thought she was getting a good deal only to find out it only costs 29.95 and is sold at Walmart! Really dissatisfied and disappointed such an establishment would do something like this.

I like the selection here: they get good quality items and the prices are reasonable. Unfortunately every time I go in here the people working in the area where they sort donations are EXTREMELY loud and very unpleasant. They very loudly criticize the work of others who work there, spread local gossip, and espouse offensive and discriminatory opinions. I would suggest to management that they either institute some common sense rules about employees’ or volunteers’ conduct, and permanently oust the nasty loudmouths after one offense, or put up a soundproof wall between them and the customers and enforce a no tolerance policy for speaking in areas where customers can hear them.

Several staff were beyond rude and unfriendly. Prices are getting out of hand also. Won't go back again. PLEASE consider customer service and treating your customers as if you're glad there there as part of your business model. Very unhappy with this place... Can no longer shop at Neat Repeats or recommend them after hearing unprofessional comments and arrogance among staff.

The store was moved to a bigger brighter location just South of Middlebury. Lots of parking now. It's a charity shop that donates lots of money to Addison County causes. Merchandise is great, prices very reasonable and stock changes daily. My only complaint is that they aren't open earlier and later. But I understand the place is totally run by volunteers. Love this place!

Love this shop. It's small but very well organized and clean. All of the clothes are in very good condition, and some even still have price tags on them. They have shoes, handbags, jewelry. Some household items too. And the prices are super low. It's well worth visiting, even for me to drive from Rutland. Staff is very friendly too. You can't go wrong here!

One of the best thrift stores I've ever gone to! Best prices I've seen by far. If you have the time to look and sort, you can build a whole wardrobe. If you only have a couple minutes you can still throw together a great outfit quickly with their organization. The staff there was lovely and incredibly polite even with all the carona craziness. I would recommend this as a MUST if you enjoy thrifting!
