Dined here for Brunch at 11:30am. Delicious savory buns that made for a nice breakfast sandwich, but it was on the small size and the egg was very well cooked (rubbery). We added bacon, which was delicious itself. We waited a long time for the breakfast sandwiches. Probably 25+ minutes. This spot is very popular with college students. Seating is difficult to find. Love haymaker! Best place in Middlebury for a sit-down lunch or to grab a coffee and a bun and work for an hour or have a meeting. There’s a legit kids’ menu for picky eaters as well!

Haymaker is a family favorite, and has been for years. We love the entire staff and are always incredibly pleased with our food & beverages. I work out of Haymaker often because the atmosphere is amazing (+strong wifi!) It's a gift to Middlebury and a treat to anyone passing through.
