I'm very happy we chose Thistle and Honey baking for our wedding! I have a huge sweet tooth, so the dessert table was one of my big priorities. The apple orchard cake was a huge hit! And it was decorated beautifully with fall leaves. Niki also helped us choose options for our guests with allergies. We chose salted caramel tarts (a favorite of mine) and GF/DF mini apple pies to fill out the table. Absolutely scrumptious!
