This place is an absolute gem. Every single thing we have tried has been world class quality. The atmosphere is great, and the service is fantastic. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. The bar is well stocked with fantastic variety. I could go on and on, but bottom line: I would never pass up an opportunity to stop in, whether for something quick like a drink or a full meal with friends and family. We will continue to plan our Jay trips around the days they are open. No where...

Had dinner here on a recent visit to Jay Peak resort. Made reservations & was seated quickly upon arrival. The place is cozy, with a very lively & vibrant atmosphere.
Wait staff was good (ran their asses of). We had miso soup, vegetable tempura & poke bowls (tuna & a veggie bowl). Food was fresh, tasty & plentiful.
I would return & recommend to eat here.

First time coming to Omakase and let me tell you the food is delicious.. the nacho tuna was the best tuna I ever had. The pork katsudon was amazing also. If I ever come back to Vermont I will definitely be coming back!!
