I thought maybe reviews were being influenced by people being hungry after skiing but no, this place just serves fantastic food. My table got the Penne Florence and the pork tacos and they were both delicious and generous portions. Really great service, too.
We read the reviews and had to go while staying at the Black Lantern in Montgomery! Our server, Chelsea L, was the best! So friendly and accommodating. My husband had Mexican and I had the maple glazed salmon. All very good. We went back the next morning for breakfast due to FOMO! I did not believe that anyone could make a pancake anything special or worth mentioning. I rarely even order pancakes. Omg - the blueberry pancakes were absolutely out of this world. Such an awesome little town gem. Food is so delicious and service is great. We had two days of breakfast covered there. Very affordable menu. Every day’s specials are different and it’s never a miss! Will definitely go back if we visit the area again.
