“This place is an absolute gem. Every single thing we have tried has been world class quality. The atmosphere is great, and the service is fantastic. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. The bar is well stocked with fantastic variety. I could go on and on, but bottom line: I would never pass up an opportunity to stop in, whether for something quick like a drink or a full meal with friends and family. We will continue to plan our Jay trips around the days they are open. No where else in the area comes close.”

“Don and the crew from Fire on the Mountain catered our September 2026 wedding with a buffet of pizzas and two types of salad. Absolutely phenomenal service. Food was ready as guests arrived, people walked up to grab whatever they wanted whenever they wanted, there was never a long line, and the pies just kept coming all evening long. Guests with special dietary restrictions were well taken care of and absolutely no one left hungry. There were so many compliments on how good the food was. We even had guests get in there and try their hand at tossing pizza dough in the air (some more successfully than others). The crew working was so friendly, and our guests had a ton of fun with them. Best of all--when we didn't eat all the pies we had paid for the crew cooked, sliced and boxed them up. So when our guests stumbled back to their airbnb at 2am following an afterparty at the Snowshoe, they had delicious pizza waiting for them!”

“The best way to end a ski day is with a chocolate drizzled waffle! It’s hard to resist walking past the waffle shack. The waffles are made fresh to order and served plain or drizzled in chocolate....getting the chocolate drizzled waffle is a no brainer. Love love love!”

“This place has changed since the last time I was there. The service is excellent and fast. The stuff was very friendly and polite. I was hesitant at first bc of the bad reviews, but once I got there and sit down, the service was excellent. Food came out fast and it was delicious. Pizza was amazing, kids eat the whole thing and I had to get an extra slices for myself after. Lol Give this place a try 100%, nd please don't listen or believe what other bad reviews said. Some people just love drama and only see the negative in everything.”

“The food was much better than what I expected, but what most made me give a five star review it’s because the price wasn’t low but the portion was bigger! So price is actually pretty reasonable. The only thing about the food that the poutine was a little too salty. The staff was very nice and patient, mostly this girl called Lisa. No waiting time atmosphere was good honestly it was really better than what I imagined. You should definitely go!”

“Bar tender/waiter was fantastic. Food was very good as well. Bar tender makes a fantastic Bahama momma. Time between ordering and getting food was less than 15 minutes. Would come back again for sure. Great food great service.”
