Prime rib on Saturday was delicious! also had great meals for dinner on Friday and Saturday Breakfast excellent.
We were skiing at Jay Peak and stopped for dinner. They have fiesta nights on Mondays and it was surprisingly good Mexican food for small town Vermont. Food was fresh, big portions, strong and big margaritas, and very reasonable pricing. We loved it, would definitely recommend if you are in the area! The restaurant is quite small, so you may have to wait a little, but it’s worth it!
