Food was ok, was as good as it can get so far up north. Not horrible.

Never been before and found it to be inviting and very “Vermont” atmosphere. Our waiter was pleasant and had a fantastic sense of humor and quick wit. Nachos left something to be desired but really, nachos always sound awesome but hardly ever are no matter where you go. I know my salad was simple but my goodness was not NOT simple! SO good! You know when you get that perfect bite and can’t help but do a little happy dance? You know what I mean ;) it was THAT good! I may be drooling thinking about it. My husbands burger was cooked perfectly and the homemade English muffin it was on was awesome. Overall nice night and we will be back

Great Vermont small town experience versus the nearby tourist oriented resort experience. I had German food there a year ago and really liked it. Had tacos in a recent visit and that was also great.

Very good food came out quick but once we got our food we were forgotten about for a hour and half no waiters came to table ask how food was or if we need anything else and had to get up and ask for check after waiting for ever!

Big Jay is a classic Apres Ski type experience. Nothing fancy for sure but festive, high energy, ok menu and good food.

Great sushi and coming out of Philly/NYC we were skeptical at best. This placed shocked the conscious. Also, the cheese is outstanding and the cheese monger was there and we passed the farm the next day. What a great experience!!!

Best food near Jay Peak Resort by far. Always fresh, delectable options. The chef thinks outside the box with great ideas such as Wasabi mashed potatoes. Catch taco Thursdays for some amazing smoked meat options.

Their sirloin steak special just took the group I came with straight to flavortown. Staff is super friendly too. I don't usually leave reviews but the whole experience was just that good

Sign says “Big Jay Tavern” but should say “Flavor Town” because that’s where I went to when I walked in. Sirloin Steak Special was probably the best meal I have ever had!
