I used to go here while pregnant for my daughter and I love this restaurant I compare every place to them.

Went here while waiting for our tire change, the lady in charge was friendly and their dog sat beside us which was fine, coz I love dogs. Their food was good and the service was fast. Would recommend!

A poo poo plater for 2 and a small thing of rice cost about $23 you only get 4 tiny peices of Chinese bbq spareribs, one chicken wing seperated , 2 of these crab rangoon things that are comicly small now, absolutely nothing like what you used to get. A small handful of dried up teriyaki chicken , a egg roll thats pretty good but very very small now a tiny shrimp toast that is made different than before and is super tiny , very tastey but extremely small and you only get one. You have to order the pork fried rice separately but is very good, the best pork fried rice i have ever had!!! You also get 2 breaded chicken fingers that are like 78% breading and in the center is this sorry little peice of chicken thats kinda hard to eat , and the ends of the chicken finger hurt my mouth to eat it. Its kinda what you expect some times its really good, sometimes its really bad , it all depends on how busy they have been as to the quality of the food you receive.

My family has been dining here since 1992, while there’s been a few changes over time (decor, residents in the aquariums, the transition away from buffet service); many great things have stayed- the quality of the food, tried and true favorite recipes are still available and several members of staff remain onboard after all these years.

Alongside the dining area, there’s a cozy bar seating area and in the warm months, there’s a small amount of outdoor seating available on the deck.

In addition to dine-in, they offer take out as well, the food quality is consistent in both services. The menu is available on their website.

Daily drink specials are shared on their Facebook page, complete with photos.
As part of the menu, there are combination plate specials for lunch and dinner, as well as special menu section featuring a variety of offerings for varying levels of guests- a fun option to try a variety of things.

While reservations aren’t needed, if you were to come in a large group (8 or more guests), I would encourage it to allow staff to prearrange seating if tables need to be placed together.

I think the prices are fair for the quality and would generally estimate meals at $10-$20 per person (at the time of this writing).

Oh how I love the House of Tang 💚 This place has been a favorite since my teenage years. Beth does an absolutely fantastic job keeping the tradition alive. We always dine in, everything is fresh and delicious.

Pretty decent all-around. Little higher prices on the takeout but the portions and service are better than any other local place in the area. The dishes are definitively different as opposed to some places that have the same sauce that ruminates throughout many dishes. Quality is definitely better and absolutely does not leave you thinking you might’ve been better off buying it from the frozen food section of the grocery store. Writing this review after I retried a few other local places because House of Tang was on vacation.

Dinner for 5 - eat in. Place was quiet but they were doing a ton of takeout. Not sure who said it but they are NOT under new management. The owner is cooking! We had chicken wings, spareribs, fried cheese, egg rolls, house fried rice, crab rangoons, scallion chicken, teriyaki chicken. Everything was excellent and they still make a mean scorpion bowl!!

The hostess (and person taking my order by phone) is truthfully the nicest person I’ve come across in customer service in years. She was courteous, kind and polite. The food was hot, fresh and delicious.

Friday night and the place was dead. Asked for less ice and got full glas of ice, when brought to waitresses attention she said "I'm so used to doing that" no offer to fix. 1 meal was 50% celery, boneless ribs were like fatty rubber covered in sauce. Chicken wings were so dry and hard, breaded chicken was 80% breading. I went there way before covid and always enjoyed to food and drinks, now I won't bother going back.

The food here is amazing. Lots of flavor and plenty of options. The service was great. We were the only ones in at the time, but our server was very attentive. The only "issue" if you can call it that, is just how empty feeling it can feel in here. The space is huge and when you're the only ones there, it can be a tad empty feeling. However, the food and service you get more than make up for the feeling. If you're looking for fantastic Chinese food, I highly recommend this place.

Parking: We came in the winter, so parking was a bit tougher to get in and out of, but there is planety of parking.

This place feels like a liminal space. Enjoy a Scorpion Bowl, zone out and look at the singular huge fish.
