I am not a person that leaves food and drinks on the table but I literally could not even finish my Paloma it was so bad. My wife had a sangaria and it tasted like watered down watered wine with fruit. Pepito sandwich was rather raw. First attempt at Mexican in VT and it was a one out of 10.

My two teen boys and I were traveling through Montpelier and stopped here for dinner. So glad we did. The food was great and the service friendly.

Arrived with 45 min prior to closing. If looks could kill. Won’t be coming back. Too bad, remember it being a cool place with great staff.

Ordered 3 street tacos and kids chicken quesadilla for take out. The street tacos were delicious. The spicy chipotle garlic shrimp taco and the pulled pork taco were delicious. The chicken with pineapple salsa was good too. Service was great at the bar. Good with gluten allergy. Children's quesadilla was very small but it was only $5.

I would say this is mine, my fiancé and son’s favorite place to enjoy great service, food, and atmosphere. The whole staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly! Definitely recommend to my friends and family. Also have to mention the strawberry daiquiri is a new favorite, was a perfect night! Thank you!

Kid-friendliness: Everyone really enjoyed talking to our son and making sure he felt included even though he’s only 15 months. Kid/baby friendly employees are always what we are looking for when finding a place to have dinner with the whole family! This is definitely it!

First of all, Montpelier is an underrated city. At least it was to me, someone who isn't local. Passing through on our way back to Boston from Montreal, and came across this gem. Set on beautiful State St., this corner place served up quality Mexican and Tex-Mex. Ella the waitress was incredibly attentive and took great care of us, and even though our dinner time was a little early, when we left at normal dinner time, the place was rocking and rolling. Bar area was great, good overall ambiance. Can't wait to come up with a good reason to get to Montpelier and enjoy this place again.

The food was cooked well. There are not many options if you don't like rice or beans, according to my waiter. Everything was cooked well, and the restaurant was clean.

Guacamole was awesome. My chips were a little stale and tacos were just ok. My husband really enjoyed his street tacos tho.
