Great staff and atmosphere.
Love coming here with just the husband or with the kids. Super friendly staff, food is always good and often times the specials knock it out of the park. We love Melissa!

This is a small, seat yourself tavern with great food and a pleasant atmosphere. The menu is simple and prices are very affordable. We ordered the Rueben with a side salad, the pork belly BLT, and a cheeseburger cooked well with American cheese and both sandwiches with fries. Fries were seasoned very much to our liking, not greasy nor over fried (would have enjoyed fries that were a bit more shoestring but we ate all the bits either way). Rueben handled well with juicy meat that did not make a mess. Pork belly was also juicy and not too fatty with a nice dollop of garlic mayo (it did run off slightly but manageable). The burger was slightly dryer and tough but meat was seasoned perfectly. Food was prompt and hot when it arrived at the table. Service was quiet and kind. Definitely a pleasant experience. Sorry, no pics, we ate too fast but the food presented as good as it tasted.

We stopped in on a Sunday early afternoon. Melissa was our waitress and she was amazing. Fast service and great info about the restaurant and the recent flood. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was fun and loose

Burger meat was pink, wine glass was dirty
Mozzarella sticks were fire. Wings were ok.
Service was friendly, but the clientele was mostly drunk and loud for a late lunch. Not the vibe we were looking for.

Go on your way and go drink and eat at the three penny taproom....ask for Kevin, you won't be disappointed!!!
The waitress asked me what I want to drink and I asked her what the prices because the menu does not show them (this should be illegal and is extremely rude) she was very rude. She looked at me at said "I don't know maybe $4-7 dollars" and then instantly walked away without allowing me to order?! What the HELL? Also this is a bar and there are children playing here.
Had a great lunch today!!! Service was impeccable and the lunch was freaking amazing!!! The perfect place to stop after a chilly morning on motorcycles!!! Your South Jersey Perps will surely be back!!!!💕
Really nice barstaff. Not thrilled with other components

A real gem of a pub right in downtown Montpelier. Staff are exceptionally friendly and the place feels like a friendly neighbourhood pub. Food is also good and the beer selection is diverse.
