Listen, I know it's a pho spot, and you won't be disappointed if you get Pho, but you need to order the Kim Special. It's the spicy beef and pork noodle soup with the addition of seafood. This thing during winter clears all sinuses, fills all tummies, and packs an ungodly amount of flavor.
The staff is also incredible here - during my visit, it was a team of two (Kim & Hien) serving more than 20 seats and doing so with a smile on their face.
Reservations recommended for groups of 5 or more though I saw them accommodate this on the spot.

Pho Capital saved my Christmas! I had to provide dinner for 20 family members, but all the grocery stores were closed for the holiday. Pho Capital was one of the few places open on Christmas, and they graciously put together (on very short notice) a meal kit of delicious pho that fed my whole extended family. It tasted amazing, and the service was truly great. Highly recommend.

Some of the best pho I’ve ever had! Got the beef combination soup and the broth was incredibly flavorful. Great spot!
Bland and flavorless. They messed up my order and the order I got- a vermicelli grilled meat had no flavor. Just charred meat. The pad Thai my wife also had was bland and lack any real Vietnamese flavor. Perfect kid food, not for someone who wants the flavor explosion of fresh herbs and spices that Vietnamese food is supposed to have.
I would drive 2 hours again just for this place. We had shrimp rolls and dumplings, shrimp pad Thai, and the beef combo. Everything was amazing.
Very good pho, and the refreshers are good too.
Really great food, hip atmosphere, big portions. Great location right in town with free parking.
Best rare beef pho and the boba is amazing
As the daughter and granddaughter of Vietnamese immigrants, it’s always been difficult to find good pho in rural Vermont, so you can imagine both my excitement and my trepidation to try Pho Capital when I was in Montpelier for work a couple weeks ago. Well, the food was un-pho-gettable! That beef noodle soup brought me right back to my grandma’s kitchen, and they even had crunchy chili oil to add in! All that was missing were some cha gio with fish sauce.

Well-crisped tofu and a lovely, lively atmosphere with friendly staff!
Went out for a small lunch in the chilly air and had a meal that just comforted my soul. The pho was flavorful, hot and portion was huge! Staff was attentive and kind and I had to buy merchandise to rep them when I got home!

Perfect place to get a warm meal on a cool autumn day! We got the vegetarian Tom yum soup, vegetarian pho, and veggie Vietnamese crepe. All the entrees were excellent and the staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

if you are looking for some comforting pho come here!! the pho was 10/10. we also had their bubble tea and spring rolls that were a 7/10. the bubble tea is frozen kinda like a smoothie so i wish i knew that before ordering. the space is little tight but still good experience!
