not sure what the cause is, but the pizza used to be decent and I actually looked forward to getting a couple slices, now i avoid it. bland on a good day, bitter on most days, not worth 1$ a slice, let alone 3$. sauce used to be sweet, not overly greasy, and fresh tasting, now I'd prefer pizza from a gas station. pizza isn't the only thing in question. I can't think of a single thing on the menu I'd be willing to spend money on.

I often stop in to the restaurant but more on the takeout. I was there yesterday and the pizza and salesperson were fine. I grabbed a couple of available napkins to go. They are not napkins, they are folded somethings and have made me ill. They are chemically super strong. Idk but ruined my appetite and beware.
New bartender is excellent, food was awesome. Well definitely be back!

Positive Pie always had decent pizza. It wasn’t great, but it was good enough. Now it’s different; this pizza’s not the same. It’s flavorless and chewy. We tried a pie in-house and slices to-go on different days. It looks good, same as before, but the ingredients seem to have diminished in quality. The tomato sauce used to be delicious, but now tastes flat and the cheese has lost its flavor. My partner described it succinctly, “This tastes like nothing.”
I’m sure this pizza may be fine for HS soccer teams or families with kids who don’t know better, but if you’re looking for the original Positive Pie pizza, that, unfortunately, has left the house.

Had a wonderful dinner at Positive Pie while visiting the beautiful city of Montpelier! The beet salad was delicious and the pizza was yummy. Our server recommended Rookies Root Beer and it was terrific! Be sure to stop here for a great meal next time you visit Montpelier!!!
