I have been out of town for a few months. I usually love positive pie pizza. I ordered 2 large pizzas and a burger. The burger was good, however, the pizza was the chewiest I have ever had and it they skimped on the toppings. If I am going to spend $70 on two pizzas, I expect near perfection.
We ordered a Margarita pizza. I stressed I needed it CRISPY not soggy or wet. I said this TWICE. Well, we got tomato soup pizza. Usually the food is very good. If I order this again I will provide instructions on how to make the pizza correctly. Fresh ingredients yes but they failed to prepare and cook it last night.
First time to Vermont and just passing through. What a great find. Had a small Caesar salad (very good), garlic knots (so good with a really well done marinara dip) and a small pepperoni pizza. Crust is hand tossed but thin and crispy and the whole experience was good. Would definitely go back!!
