Recent Reviews

This place is a great place to grab a meal or a drink. Outdoor seating is a plus in the summer. Live music is excellent. The staff is super helpful and awesome all around. I felt like I was relaxing in my own living room here, running into neighbors and friends. A must check out if you are in Montpelier.

i came in to grab some lunch (wednesday at noon). i was given an hour lunch break from a training for my job.

i walked in and was immediately greeted by a cute young girl named Willow. she sat me, and immediately took my order herself when i asked her to. food came out after about 10-15min (burger and tots). i’m a pretty classic burger and fry guy so i’ve had many, but i’m pretty sure this was the juiciest burger i’ve ever had. juice ran down my hands,...

This was my second visit to Three Penny Taproom with my family, and once again it didn’t disappoint. The food is always delicious, and the staff goes above and beyond to make families with young children feel welcome. The servers have been so kind and engaging with my 6-month-old, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable!
